Happy football season. College ball is final here.
We've been running around like crazy, and Safeway had TriTip 50% off for Labor day. Decided to throw a board together also got a stick of homemade soppressata from a buddy of mine.

I'm torn this year, and maybe a few more years, about college football even though I'm watching my team play right now. LSU is my team and some of you may know what I'm talking about. They have a new coach who I really, really, REALLY dislike. Lane Kiffin. This guy has zero integrity that he has shown over the years, particularly last year. He is a very good coach when it comes to the x's and o's, that is his only redeeming thing I can think of. I hate that LSU hired him but I am still a huge fan of all athletics at LSU. It is a very bittersweet pillow to swallow while I am watching the game.

I do watch a lot of college ball and loved the NMSU v FSU last weekend. From what I saw FSU is going to have a bad season, even though they beat NMSU, and I foresee a good season for NMSU. The qb for NMSU will have a career in the NFL if he stays healthy. I'll watch them if they ever get on tv again this year.
