Hi, I've been using this site for a while now, and decided to join up. I do a lot of grilling with my weber 22 inch..I use either 2 or 3 zones with some combination of Alwood, Hickory or Mesquite (depending on what I'm cookiing) and have used the Weber as a poor man's smoker by keepking the temp sub 300F and putting cake pans of water. Just recently bought a Green Egg and am looking to start smoking!

Thanks in advance for your advice :)

Smoking on a Weber develops great instincts for smoking.  The Green Egg will seem like it's almost on auto-pilot compared to the Kettle.  Have fun with it and share your creations!

Good afternoon and welcome, Be sure and post some pictures of your grill, smoker and THE FOOD !!!! glad to have you here.
