Trying to make the most of the last peaches of the season (Niagara).

Brushed with olive oil

one side done (for some)

Sprinkled with balsamic vinegar

Blue cheese grated on

Looks like my family liked it

Looks awesome.  I did something similar a while back.

A couple months ago, we got some fresh peaches - cut them up, rolled them in olive oil and cinnamon, and put them in the smoker for about 30 minutes on a low heat about 180-200 degrees.  Then we made a peach cobbler with them.  Fantastic...
 
Grilled peaches like that are awesome. I love your combination of blue cheese and balsamic vinegar and will give it a try.

I have served them before with a black pepper cream cheese which was lovely too.

Another lovely way of grilling peaches is to place them on the grill and immediately throw a couple of hand fulls of sugar directly on the coals and quickly replacing the smoker lid. This coats the peaches with a deep caramel smoky coating which is great as part of a desert.
