    Hi All, From Maryland. been smoking meats for a few years now. mostly pork ribs and shoulders. been wanting to do some poultry some day soon,  I use a Char Griller  Super Pro 2121, without the side firebox option. have had it for a few years. Been thinking about moving up to a vertical propane smoker.  see ya around the forums.
