Hello all.

I'm a long time grill guy and amateur brewer. I have a Bayou Classic Cyprus grill and a Jenn-Air  gas grill. (bought both at Lowes years ago)

I enjoy smoking, BBQing and grilling. Our favorites are pork ribs, beef steak and beer brats. I use either the kamodo or gas grill 70 to 80 times per year on average.

I'd say fully 95% of my outdoor cooking is done on the kamodo and I use a Cyber Q II pit controller for long cooks like brisket and shoulders.

I'm also a fan of Kentucky bourbon and cigars from the Forbidden Isle.

Anyway, I look forward to reading, learning and sharing.

Thanks, Gary.

You're not wrong on the chilly part. Was a brisk 25 degrees when I got up this morning. And thats after hitting 72 degrees on Thursday.
