Hello all, Jeff here, just joined tonight and looking to expand my cooking skills to include smoking meat. I first arrived here looking for info on venison jerky but after seeing some of the pulled pork pictures I might have to try that out too. I've never smoked anything before but have access to an offset smoker (brother's) and a bullet-type (father's) both of which have been used just a few times, if any (a shame!). I plan on reading up all I can, trying some venison jerky, then maybe branching out into the pork. Look forward to learning all I can from you barbecue masters out there....
