Hey, I'm relatively new to the smoking scene but I am really interested in it. I've done a few smokes on an old charcoal grill/converted smoker but it doesn't hold heat well so its time to but something worth using. Given the fact that I'm starting out I dont want to spend to much money. I've been looking at two different options....The Char-Griller smoking pro and a Weber 22.5 gold kettle. I've watched many videos and read up on both and they both seem to be good options for grilling and smoking which is what I want. I've also read pros and cons with both, if anyone can give me some suggestions on which would be a better all around purchase I would really appreciate the advice. Thanks
