I'm Dewey I'm 45 live in Chicago I'm a fire chief and learned to smoke from a few guys I work with still have a lot to learn. My first smoker was a Cabela electric smoker which after 3 years old the electric display and control went bad, and can't get a replacement part, I was just given a brinkmann barrel smoker by a friend I need to do some refurbishment to it and some modifications after reading some threads here, I'm also in the process of building an ugly drum smoker...
