Hello everyone.
My name is Dave Williams and I have been grilling and smoking meats for over 30 years. I started when I was 10 when my dad tought me how to use our Weber charcoal grill. Now that I am 40, I own two offset smokers, two normal Webers,two Smokey Joes, and a bullet smoker. I usually smoke with oak and peach wood. The few years I have been either over worked of out of work and had no time or money to do any serious smoking our grilling. Now I have a new career and I an getting back in my grove.
