Hi All,

I'm getting back into smoking after 10+ years away form it. Initially we used our smoker at the campground where we kept our boat. Get er started in  the morning  ... go on the boat all day until supper time and all the food was done. Since I couldn't maintain the temperature from the boat I used an electric. I dusted it off over the weekend and it still worked perfectly, though I'm a bit rusty

Anyway just wanted to say hi. I'm looking forward to learning the finer points from yunz (Pittsburgh version of y'all)
