Smoker fried chicken...this was Jamaican Jerk Thighs.     I tweeked the last experiment on the whole chicken.

Thanks Case!   It was good and healthier than from a frying pan. 

   I'm real comfortable with the 450 range ...even a little bit higher.

Thanks Sam.  I like to use dry jerk sometimes on chicken but not matter what rub you use it'll be great.!
