Hi everyone,

my name is Carolin and i am from Germany. I am new to smoking meat. I bought a charbroil smoker a few months ago and I want to try it out tomorrow.
I cooked my first brisket on the gas grill two weeks ago and it turned out extremely nice. Yummyyyyyyyyyyy! Now I really have the courage to try smoking something.
