Hi all,

I just joined and live in New South Wales Australia. I have always had a fascination with smoked products and have dabbled a little bit here and there over the years with small tin box smokers and webber bbq's   I just bought this setup: https://www.aldi.com.au/en/special-.../saturday-detail-wk35/ps/p/home-gas-smoker-2/ and cant wait to fire her up. I fish, spearfish and bowhunt and have big plans.
