  2. Thank you.  The first time I said i was going to make bologna my wife was skeptical , she said I've seen them make it on TV and I don't want to watch. (The food processor part is not very appealing. But once it was finished she said Wow this is the best bologna she ever had. I knew she wasn't just saying that to be nice because I heard her telling her friends about it.

    I'm late, as usual, but Gary, that stuff looks darn good!  

    As for the air, just call that your diet plan!

    Awesome job, with some great pics all the way thru the process. I definitely need to try the Bologna out...

    How did the taste turn out?  What will you do, if anything, different next time?

  10. Flavor was spot on,  Only thing I will do different next time is make sure my Bologna is stuffed tighter.

    GREAT looking smoke. The salami looks like it turned out beautiful, and I gotta admit I LOVE fried balogna.  Hammocks for salami??  I like it.

    I've been thinking about trying sausage making, and your tutorial has me getting serious.  Maybe this spring during breakup.........................

    I don't know if the Mrs's could stand the Texas Heat, but if we lived next door...There would be good eats and my bestest friend Gay's house!...Nice!...JJ
     
  17. If you lived next door WE would have the whole neighborhood standing in line. And Thanks   A couple of weeks ago my neighbor say me outside and asked if I had been sick ?  I said no , he said  i didn't see any smoke coming from you back yard all week, thought you me be sick.
