Jeanie, you've done it again.....brought basic chicken and potatoes to a new level. I'm a big fan of Yukon Golds so will have to do these. Definitely will put some YG's in the garden this year again after seeing those....thanks for the great idea. Why bother with bacon bits when you can do this...
