Just wanted  to check in and say hello.I got a Masterbuilt electric smoker for Christmas and getting ready to use it for the first time.I'm going to try smoking a salmon first.Does anyone know of a good cook book or a place to get receipes for smoking?

Howdy Cowboy!  YES!  There are tons of recipes on this forum.  You will learn all kinds of great stuff.
