My first Boston Butt was a success thanks to this forum and its contributors. Special thanks goes out to PG Smoker, thanks Bill for taking the time to help me with this endeavour.  Apologies Bill for the lateness of this post.

Application of rub two days before the sacred smoke.

Halfway through the smoke, lookin good.

These are pics of the final product. Hello Amazing!!!!!!

First cut, look at that smoke ring.

The finished product tasted amazing with every day that passed it seemed to taste better when it was time to break out leftovers.

Looks great!  Very nice smoke ring and good color on that bark.  Thanks for posting the qview!

That looks great my friend!  Excellent looking bark, great smoke ring!

How did your wife like the sauces?

Bill

My wife and I really liked the rub we put it on chicken and brisket and our friends really liked it also. The dipping sauce was great also I think next batch I will cut back on the spicy ingredients.
