That jerky looks great Steve and thanks for sharing your recipe, I don’t think I ever make jerky the same way twice. I tend to gravitate towards the thinner stuff when I make it. What’s your preference thick or thin?

Thanks! Normally I like it a bit thicker. But, this was very good too. With thinner. You can get it done sooner. Which was my goal.
