Nice hall!

Been getting a lot under slot stripers over the past week but I've never really been a fan of striped bass. Now bluefish on the smoker is a whole different story, those toothy devils should be showing very soon!

LATE SUMMER for those here. I have never been able to cook bluefish to my liking. Will have to smoke them

Nice looking meal!!!
I much prefer, salt water Striper over any freshwater fish, as long as you remove every last speck of red off the fillets they taste I'll eat the heck out of Crappy and Bluegill, not a huge fan of Large, or Smallmouth, but ain't afraid of keeping a few of the smaller bass if that's all I catch.

Thanks boys. Thems just regular largemouth bass fish. Come from a healthy 10 acre lake. I’ve ate a bunch of Gar fish so them are a delicacy. The bass are flakey and not greasy and my wife likes them so I just keep cookin them!
