Finally got to make some sausage & CB again!

I decided to give the CB another round of smoke but it was too hot here today so I just got them back in about an hour ago.

Ok the CB is officially done smoking now.

It has a nice color & smells wonderful! It will now spend a couple days in the fridge & then I will slice it up & sample it.
