I will be smoking some fatties for football next Sunday. I am going to have to smoke the fatties the day before. My ? is should i slice them cold than put the slices in the oven to warm up or should i warm it up whole?. What temp should i set oven to i was think no higher than 250?

I would keep the fattie whole and use a steamer/pasta pot. Then just re-heat it that way. It will only take about 15 minutes or so.
 
you can slice it cold then pop it in the oven. I just nuke em for a minute in the house or put a slice in some foil and throw it right into the coals of a fire if your outside
 
I would slice them ahead of time. They heat right up in the microwave in about 30 seconds.
 
I would suggest what mballi said, keep it hole then reheat using steam.  I do that all the time and it turns out perfect
