    Last week I had to take the day off to have my car repaired. So I took advantage of a little Jeff time and smoked 3 fatties stuffed with onions peppers and cheese. I have to thank Bubba for posting such a great idea. Needless to say I'll smoking smoking many many more!! So here are the pics!!

    Great looking fatties. We love them here also and do numerous ones at time so we can freeze some for future offerings.

    Sure do!! Froze 2 of them gonna break one this weekend, my brother-in-law is coming for a visit, I tease him with the details of my smokes. So I have to let him get a taste it would be cruel not to!!

    Great looking porn jts70! Unfortunately the better half (the mrs) saw them and said "Don't even think about it! It looks like a heart surgeons third home"! Somehow a veggie fattie would'nt be the same.....[​IMG]

    but you could go and get one of those ground turkey sausage rolls, wrap it in bacon "for flavoring" and then smoke it....[​IMG]

    teacup. In fact....I could stuff it with pork sausage and not tell the better half [​IMG] Just give her one with the veggies [​IMG]

    I tried one of those turkey sausage rolls to make a fatty. Was not worth it, it ended up way too dry and tasteless.

    Again bacon to the rescue! Add some choped bacon in there, some cheese and some shredded apples and they're great!

    Only one place for ground turkey in my house and thats inside a Burrito or Chimi.....[​IMG]

    We only use Turkey Bacon which is not conduceive to wrapping anything, so my Fatties only get a coating of Meowey's Rub and generous spritzing's of Apple/Pineapple juice....they be plenty moist and most yummy!!!
     
  15. How long does a fatty usually take yall at 225? I got one on right now with some ribs... both of which are my first time so ill keep yall updated

    skinnerc,
    I smoked mine at 250 degrees for about 2 hours or an internal temp of 160 degrees.
