Okay so I think that this was a fun experiment. I will probably stick to the cookie sheet rolling pin cookie cutter method when I want perfect round patties. Tonight I'll vac pack these up. I may have added a bit too much garlic. That's all I could smell when I opened the garage door! Good thing I like garlic!

Next up, Bacon! Its time to cure some more bacon.
