Nice! Are there burners in the vented box or charcoal? I see the propane pigtail hanging there.

There are 3 propane burners in the base unit. The box just sits over one if them. That's camp chefs deal. They make all stuff to go over the burners. That little box is $80 at my local store that sells them!

i got the same unit myself accept its much older, still red logo's on mine. got it back in EARLY 2000's, don't remember exactly what year. griddle, once seasoned good works wonders. used it to cook for 4x4 events many times. 500+ people using them pre-fab frozen burger pattys, that griddle/stove will turn em out QUICKLY.

Yeah, we have used a friends at camp before and put out some large meals! We'll put it to the test at elk camp in November.

I hope to use this too for pressure canning. If you've ever canned tuna, or salmon its best to do it outside! Currently I use my turkey fryer burner for that. I think that these 30,000 btu burners will work and I can get two of my pressure cookers on there at a time.

Looks to be in perfect condition---congrats on a steal. Just out of curiosity, why flaxseed oil for seasoning
Gary

It is in great shape, and hasn't been used much.

Flaxseed oil is in of the toughest finishes you can put on cast iron to season it. A couple coats and it'll never really need anything again. For clean up all that is needed is a wet sponge.
