Looks real good Jake, but we love the crunch of the egg roll wrappers. We do them in the Air fryer. I sure like your ingredients, but for us we would wrap them in Wonton wrappers.

I was sceptical but ended up being pleasantly surprised.

Yup . Meat and potato diet here , forced into this type of cook by my kids . I have to say I love it . Had beef stir fry last night . Toasted sesame oil is killer .
I'll have to try the egg roll theme . Thanks for posting .
