Thanks Brian. Agreed on those fried chili's. Could put them in everything lol
I actually made some. My friend asked me for the recipe the other day. I was not completely happy with it and will try another. I was just by 99 Ranch and wish I would of stopped and got some more. Guess will have to order online.

Thanks for the like Jake it is appreciated.

Have a 11 yr old granddaughter that loves egg rolls so she should like this.

That's a meal right up my alley! Ill be making this soon your way. I make something similar with riced cauliflower as a fried rice alternative.
How many carbs per serving in that chile sauce? Ug... I would love those chow mien noodles too but I'm sure those are on the naughty carb list too.

That looks great Jake! I would probably dump a bunch of that hot Chinese mustard in mine and go to town. Will give this a try soon!

Thanks bud if you like eggrolls you'll love this. The spicy chili crisp isn't really a sauce but more of a spice. It has 3g carbs per 2T. I mixed about a teaspoon into my bowl and gave it a nice kick. The chow mein has 19g per half a cup. I just used it as a topping to add some crunch to the bowl. jcam222 jcam222 might have an alternative for you on the chow mein

Found it!
6 grams of carbs per serving and 2g of added sugar in the chile sauce.
A whopping 21 grams of carbs in the Chow Mein noodles per serving.

There are 2 kinds of the chili's at the store. One is called "fried chili crisp" which is what you posted. The other is "spicy chili crisp" which is what I used. Mine has half the carbs and sugar as the other. As far as the chow mein goes a half cup is alot for a serving. I probably used 2 tablespoon which can't be more than 5g or so carbs as a guess

Good catch Jake. Either way it is it looks delicious!
Sorry... Im just in the habit of actually reading labels these days.
Lol thanks and so am I. I don't really care about carbs but wife's trying to cut back. The thing I have to watch out for is sodium as I have very high blood pressure so I read everything lol

Looks real good Jake, but we love the crunch of the egg roll wrappers. We do them in the Air fryer. I sure like your ingredients, but for us we would wrap them in Wonton wrappers.
Great recipe!!
