What’s on the smoker today for Easter?

Im doing a double smoked ham (Sugardale) glazed with my apricot soy sauce with maybe some pineapple chunks pinned to it, and Three cheese Pommes Anna.

Into the smoke sauna. Pineapple slices might be a waste but they look good.

My Son had to work today (hospital), so we had a GF lasagna last night, hit the easy button today. Simple 5 lb roaster chicken on the weber kettle. Red skinned taters and some green beans. Making a loaf of bread for my daughter. Listening to the Phillies, at least they didn't get swept by the Braves this weekend (was close).

Two legs of lamb. One for us and one for a friends family. Also another buddy is bringing over two racks of lamb. Plan is to smoke till 135 IT then a quick sear and rest.

Had our meal last night with mother in law and extended family. Ham, scalloped taters, sweet corn from last summer, green beans, and several salads. And a fruit pizza to top it off... that was several slices of delicious!
Nothing special today, just bacon and eggs then polished off a plate of deviled eggs... I had a craving!

Added pic... it did happen!
