Haven't had time to use my Weber kettle in awhile. So I dusted it off and smoked a tenderloin and added a few stewed apples.

Love my Weber kettle. I was a propane grill guy till my buddy gave me his old Kettle. My son cooked a steak on it while the wife and I went to a meeting , when we got home he had us try the steak he cooked and from then on we cooked every thing on the kettle. No more propane grill at this house!

Looks like you nailed it Newglide. I like the stewed apple idea. I usually use a reduce apple cider sauce with mine. Nice work.

Point for sure
Chris

Yup . I'd say you nailed the temp and the color . Nice cook .
I can't believe I haven't used any of my Kettles since July.

Thanks all. I agree can't beat a Weber Kettle.
