Does anybody know who would make a dual probe thermometer with a remote readout? I would like to monitor the smoker and meat temp at the same time but not have to stand over the smoker constantly.

GO TO AMAZON.COM and search for maverick therms.

I recommend the Maverick ET-7.

Maverick ET-73 here as well and I love the thing. Very accurate and I run it with dual meat probes.

Another vote for the ET-73 .  I had good experience with Customer Support as well.

Thanks for the help guys, Was looking at the mavericks but wanted some opinions on what people are using and are happy with.

i do not believe the ET-7 has the hi/low monitoring feature like the ET-73 does on one probe. for this  reason i would recommend the 73. i have one and have caught smoker fuel tank gone mt in my propane gosm, and also in my sfb smoker when temps drop below a programable point. i am not sure if there are other brands that offer this feature but i wouldnt be without it. and if wanted the second probe could be used for meat as well.
