Double smoked pecan wood ham

Looks good! How long did you smoke it and at what temp? I threw a couple of leftover chunks of ham on the smoker today while my brisket is cooking and they were delicious! I bet a whole ham was even better!
 
I cooked it at 250 for 5 hrs until it got to 170 degrees. Cooked much faster thrn i thought it would. So i ended up covering it and placing in oven on warm for 2 more hours.
 
It sure looks good, but I normally pull a ham out at 140.

It seems like at 170 it would be a little dry.

Great idea, I smoke my hams in a pan with juice too.

I usually baste them with the pan juice every hour or so too!
