Sous Chef wants Char Sui BBQ pork. We had one of the pork cushion roasts (Costco four pack) left in the freezer so I thawed it out. I also had a packet of NOH Char Sui marinade. I know it's cheating, but NOH is almost as much of a staple in Hawaii as is Spam. Marinated over night in the vacuum tumbler canister and tumbled for about 15 minutes. Fired up the Minitisserie with KBB and Kiawe. A tumbling and a spinning we will go! Smoke away!!!
