Thought I would share what I did last night. I took a couple butterfly chops and I made a rub that was a spin off of snake bitten chicken. Cooked it for the first hour on smoke setting three on my Trager then switched it to 350 to finish it out. (We were getting hungry)

Sorry I didnt get any of the finished product it was gobbled up to quick. 
 
Well? How was it? Looks like it had potential to be good. Since it's been so long I can only assume you either:

A:) died ot ptomaine, in which case I'll likely not try your recipe. Or

B.) Didn't get any feedback thus let the thread die. 

Please let us know how it turned out, and I'd love to hear more about this snake bitten chicken.
