Howdy ya'll. I usually just creep on forums but this one inspires me to come out.
I have a 24" Vault with NG conv. for a couple years. My last last run was some descent nitrate free bacon for the first time. I like to do salmon fowl and pork with an occasional brisket.
My primary woods are pecan hickory and/or apple. I also like a little cherry for salmon.
