Hey everyone. I'm Dave from Alberta, Canada. I'm new to the smoking world and am here for wicked recipes and killer advice. I've played a touch with a Bradley before but this Xmas my wife bought me a Traeger grill. My bday was yesterday and she got me the Thermoworks Smoke so planning to to do some serious smoking now.
