BrianGSDTexom - There is no exact fomula for Indian curry every batch of mine is different. There is also oil, garlic, shallots, tumeric, black pepper, hot pepper powder, and soy sauce... mix all that up and throw in skinless thighs for 2 - 24 hrs... then grill
