So I got two slabs on the spit. One seasoned with Famous Daves rib rub the other with Aurthur Bryant's. Got beans, brats, dogs and chicken for the ceaser salad. Hoping it all turns out. Here's a shot of the ribs.

That meal looks delicious.  The ribs turned out really nice.

You sure get a lot of use out of that rotisserie.

Gary

Thanks Gary, if you buy it you should use it right, still amazed how long the batteries last in it.

HI What rotisserie n smoker did you use.. Nice looking ribs.
Dan

It's just a 22.5 Weber kettle with a Cajun Bandit rotisserie ring, motor and spit. I found a used Performer and with the added parts it was the cost of a new Performer. I have been thinking about moving up to a 22.5 WSM as well. One sot has a ribolator on the spit and a couple other shots. It's a fun easy setup!

The ribs look fantastic!

Great job!

I'm with you I like leftover ribs cold the next day better than when I smoke them.

Point!

Thanks Al, not sure I like them more cold the next day I just don't reheat much food outside soups.

Nice, good looking ribs, and the beans look loaded, in a good way.  Sorry to hear about the brats though.

Thanks PK,like lots of bacon in there! I was really bummed about the brats there my snacks with cheese and crackers.
