guess I have to re do this ..
We decided to stuff a loin .. about 6 lbs and just smoke 1 with my rub and have some chops, and slice up for sammies ...
wife made up some homemade stuffing, the pic will show I had to try some ... sauteed up some red peppers, used a bed of baby spinach, American cheese, then bacon wrapped ... You will see I made it Too big, but all in all came out great ...

Also some grilled cauliflower, 12 minutes a side, marinated with olive oil and spg, then added a jar of roasted red peppers after the flipping cauliflower after the first 12 minutes, then about 9 minutes in, add the cheese .. this time we used a combo, sharp cheddar and mozzarella ...

Then wife also made some mashed taters ....

here is what it all looked like

Something's strange!
This Thread doesn't show up anymore in the New Posts, or anywhere else.

And neither does my "Chuck Roast". Can't find that one anywhere now.

Thanks Bear and Jeff for the points, was a real big stuffed loin ...We sliced up the other one with my new slicer, first cutting up thick pork chops, then thin ones ( wife) then sliced the rest real thin for sammies and cut both ends off for some meat for beans ,, that is what it says on the freezer bags .. lol ... love sliced loin or tenderloin sammies if it is all sliced up real thin, with like 7 or 8 pieces on a soft kaiser roll and some sides .. that costs about 9 dollars in Tampa here ...
