Seasoned up the ribs and put in smoker at 240F for 4 hours. Used Maple Wood chips.

Done and tasty. Finished temp was about 170F. THe ribs could have been more tender but still very tasty.

Made our smokinators (smoked taters) Seasoned up smokinators with same rub. Made a simple bbq sauce 1/4 cup each of whiskey, brown sugar, chili sauce and red wine vinegar and put some of the seasoning in. Tasty!

Looks really good. Those CSR's are hard to beat and make for a great meal.
