Cornish hen and tandoor

My MB 1050 on back order , so decided to cook in my tandoor
Marinated fresh hens in salt ,ketchup and honey
Heat it up tandoor 400 Celsius on the wall , throw some potato on the bottom
Squeeze hens on skewers throw them in tandoor , 30 minutes later it was ready
While waiting for hens we make fried calamari and salad from veggies

That looks awesome. I don’t know that I’ve seen an actual tandoor cooker before. I wonder at times if they make an insert for Kamado’s kike the tandoor meat holder.

That Tandoor is really nice. Would like one myself. I make a lot of Indian and Pakistani dishes.
