smoking 6 racks, just under three pounds per rack, between 200-225 degrees. any advice on time for this many racks? also what if only 3 racks, how much time then?
 
Texas Hunter is right on 3-2-1 if regular spares 2-2-1 if babybacks and you can add sauce on the last hour if you want or serve on the side
