The Better 9/10ths bought some wild caught coho for dinner, plus. We always get tail sections to grill and center cut for grilling after I slice off the belly meat (except for this wee piece) for cold smoking later.

A quick rub with my own blend along with some asparagus. Mmmm...

No dinner plate pictures...I was hungry!

How coincidental we have wild caught on the grill with asparagus! We do it every week when it's available or we use char.

Looks good. Used to be able to catch coho in some of the rivers around me but they quit stocking them.

Looks good Mac. One question why not put the tube under the grate to get more smoke flowing over the salmon?

Point for sure

Normally I would have, but this particular time...I got lazy. 😕

Plates? Who needs plates?.....I'd eat it straight off the grill. Looks mighty good!

Just did some on a cedar plank this week! So good.
