Hey guys, new to forums and new to smoking. My girlfriend and I just bought our first house in Cleveland a few months ago and my first purchase was a smoke hollow electric smoker, and for Christmas I got a charcoal Chargriller grill/smoker but I have yet to use that. Looking forward to some nicer weather!

Welcome to the SMF Family and congrats on the new house and smokers...JJ

Welcome from Columbus! You'll have a lot of flexibility with those two (well, three) smokers. Use the Search here to look them up and see how people use them.

Hello from Sandusky. Been smoking a long time and always took the winter off, until this year! I jumped on an MES and winter smoking is totally doable now. Smoked stuff in single digits and wind and it was just fine. I'd imagine your SH would do the same. Be sure to read up on the AMNPS if you haven't already.

LOL. Went to ACE Hardware in Bellevue to pickup some pellets this past Saturday! Great store, tons of Traeger stuff. I snagged the Texas Meat pellets and smoked a chuck roast for barbacoa.

Good morning and welcome to the forum from a muggy wet day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about everything.
