Hey all, simple dinner we done Tuesday night… Took out some elk round steak medallions… seasoned with some Kinder’s Buttery Steakhouse seasoning cause we like that on about everything! It has a slight buttery taste that compliments the meat very well… at least to our tastes!
Cooked up in the CI pan with some butter for just a couple minutes on each side! Just enough time to get a good browning on both sides!
Then finished off each with a quick butter baste!
Let them rest for a few minutes while we plated up the sides… sides were simple, some Texas Toast and some fresh carrots tossed in just a bit of Slap Ya Mama seasoning!

Like I say, simple and quick meal to end a busy day… but really hit the spot!
