That was my thinking too.This is my go to reference . I started using it way back in 2019 when I started breaking down my own beef primals . Tells you what cuts come from the different sections . Also notes the common names used for each cut .
Don't confuse that with petite tender . 2 completely different thing , from the same area .
Personally , I'd go Mississippi pot roast , or use the crock and do shredded beef for sandwiches .

Our Publix has them, too. For that price, I thought about getting a couple and grinding them with some of the brisket fat I have in the freezer, but Mississippi Pot Roast sounds great...Publix has the BOGO but I've read they are pretty lean.
