Publix has the BOGO but I've read they are pretty lean.
And ideas on how to prepare it?

This is my go to reference . I started using it way back in 2019 when I started breaking down my own beef primals . Tells you what cuts come from the different sections . Also notes the common names used for each cut .
Don't confuse that with petite tender . 2 completely different thing , from the same area .
Personally , I'd go Mississippi pot roast , or use the crock and do shredded beef for sandwiches .

That was my thinking too.
Smoke to a good bark then pan with beef broth and sweet Vidalia onions!
Maybe a tater or 2.

Personally, I’d do what @chopsaw Rich said! Some Mississippi pot roast sounds pretty tasty!

One thing I like to do… take some leftovers of the shredded… mix in a bit more rub, some of the liquid gold from the cook… and a bit of Mayo…Some small dill pickle cubes… put between some toasted wheat bread…

Or

A toasted open faced sammie with a gravy made from the liquid gold, minus the pickles… and add some good horseradish to dip!
