Christmas reindeer turds

So this morning I got the "by the way you need to make an app for the party tonight." After rummaging through the fridge I decided moose turds. But this is Christmas so how about reindeer turds.

I cut up some cheddar smoked sausage and wrapped them with a quarter strip of bacon. Added some of my all purpose rub. Now off to the smoker. Q-view to follow.

1.5 hours and time for some BBQ sauce. When it comes to store bought sauce my go to is sweet baby ray's honey BBQ. I'm normally not a honey BBQ fan but this stuff rocks.
