You're very welcome Justin! I also got great gifts from Justin, no pics unfortunately, it's all gone already. He sent us homemade Pickled Okra, which we've never had. That went very fast, lol. Some Jalapeno Syrup, we used just this week, our Son liked it so much he just took the rest without telling us , lol. Not a problem, he's doing a big cook in 2 weeks and wants to show off with that as a glaze on some Ribs. Lastly Tips Rub. I used that on Smoked Chicken Thighs, and it was really good. Once again this Exchange is a beautiful thing.

. Love that glass and know just what going in it. Some of that Homemade Kimchi making from Jeff's recipe. All ready used the hot sauce in my Deviled eggs this morning. Tasty. Never heard of those sauces. Looking forward to trying it out on some rib sections throwing in with ham today. Thank You Rick.

blew me away with a huge cooler of Piedmontese Meat and his home bacon. The bacon I've already tried with home made Belgian waffles. Just waiting on the holidays to be over and things to settle down a little. Then I will try to do this great meat justice. No pics I had to get it in the freezer.
