Oh man what a tasty looking dish! I’d lick that plate clean! I’ve been wanting to ferment some mustard seeds but the to-do list is a novel at this point.

Wow David! I'd be in food coma for the day after eating that! Well, maybe not. Looks very tasty. I haven't had mustard seed caviar in years. I'll need to correct that. I like mine more in the tangy side instead of sweet. Nobody else here cares for it. So, I tend to make small 1-pint portions.

Same in my house Steve, Mona thinks half of what I put together is a little strange, but what can I say I think her taste buds are weird anyway . she also likes Lobster...lol, I can here the folks yelling at me now for saying that.

As for the Mustard seeds , I really like them on burgers , dogs , etc. I have some brewing right now with Chipotle chile powder, will see how that is.
Should be a good warm and smokey flavor

David

I'll reserve judgment on the mustard seed caviar since I have never tried it, but the rest looks delicious like always, David.

It was a great meal, and I understand about the mustard seed. I like pickles and in the brine is mustard seeds and they are tender when having pickles . So I saw a few recipes on how to do the seeds , so I changed it up a little for me . I really love them as a side on burgers, dogs etc. And you can make them to what ever flavor you can think of

Might have to try the mustard seed caviar. Maybe as a topping for my cracker stuff! :emoji_blush:

Awesome looking meal David, I could definitely do some damage to a plate of that! I too need to check out the caviar!

Wow David!! I know I've missed replying to several great threads of yours but this grill fabricating has taken a lot of my time recently. Been reading early in the morning but no time to reply.

This is just an absolutely beautiful meal and one that Tracy and I would love. Great job, thanks for posting, and I'm gonna follow up soon with a version of this...possibly tomorrow.
