Well I finally pulled the last of my red snapper out of the freezer. Took the last filet off the fish and fried it up.
Made a simple rice pilaf with chicken stock i made from the wing tips off the chickens I cooked yesterday.
Sautéed up some French cut green beans to round out the meal.
