Chocolate gravy over biscuits, that is.:D
I like sausage gravy just fine, but once in a while you gotta bend the rules and make something unusual. I melted Cadbury eggs in a double boiler, added milk and some flour to thicken , poured over biscuits and chowed down. April fools!!!:D sorry, couldn' resist.:) made the old fashioned way with coco, butter

My GGM used to make chocolate gravy all the time (originally from TN)...her's was just sweet enough to knock the bitter edge off the cocoa. Nothing beats it over a hot buttermilk biscuit!
